See AllDouble non en-suite Our Double non en-suite is a pretty room located on the First Floor, with an original Victorian fire place and views out over the garden and farmland beyond. There's a further Double non en-suite on the Second Floor which is peaceful, cosy, and newly decorated for 2021!Both rooms feature a satellite TV, hospitality tray with tea, coffee, biscuits and water, and a work desk with hairdryer. There is a washbasin in the room, a WC located on the same floor, and a shared Shower Room situated on the First Floor. We provide fluffy bathrobes, slippers and bath mat sfor use during your stay.Superior Double en-suite Our most spacious Double en-suite room, with rural views from the two bay windows, and a small seating area to enjoy a relaxing drink or in-room breakfast.The room features a satellite TV, hospitality tray with tea, coffee, biscuits and water, and a dressing table with hairdryer.The en-suite bathroom has a wash basin, WC and shower. Towels are provided and changed daily or as required.Twin en-suite Our Twin en-suite is a spacious room located in the original part of Arden House (over 300 years old), with exposed beams and views to the rear of the property. The room features a Smart TV, hospitality tray with tea, coffee, biscuits and water, and a dressing table with hairdryer.The modern en-suite bathroom has a wash basin, shower and WC. Towels are provided and changed daily or as required.NOTE: Your room can be made up as a TWIN (2 single beds) or SUPERKING DOUBLE (1 large zip & link double) - please request at least 24 hours in advance of arrival.Twin non en-suite This twin non en-suite room is a cosy room located on the second floor and features exposed beams, a satellite TV, hospitality tray with tea, coffee, biscuits and water, and a dressing table with hairdryer.There is a washbasin in the room and the WC is located immediately next door. The shower room is on the floor below, and we provide fluffy bathrobes, slippers and bath mat for use during your stay.Twin/King Double en-suite Our Twin/King Double en-suite room is located on the second floor and features exposed beams, satellite TV, hospitality tray with tea, coffee, biscuits and water, and a work desk with hairdryer.The en-suite bathroom has a wash basin, WC and shower. Booking direct with us helps to offset the exceptional operating costs we're currently experiencing, and helps us to keep our room rates competitive, which is good for everyone!
We are able to accommodate up to 14 guests in a choice of 7 double/twin bedrooms offering en-suite bathrooms or shared facilities. We welcome all guests and particularly love hosting group bookings for walkers, cyclists, stags & hens and wedding and family gatherings. Please note that a deposit equal to 100% of first night's stay will be taken to secure your booking. This is fully refundable in the event of cancellation provided you give us a minimum of 14 days notice in writing prior to your date of arrival.
Our comfortable rooms offer free WiFi, TV, complimentary tea, coffee, biscuits and water, and our non en-suite rooms come with fluffy bathrobes and slippers to use during your stay.
On-site parking can be reserved at the time of booking (subject to availability) and we have limited lockable storage space for bicycles and charging points for e-bikes.

There is a frequent direct train service from London (Victoria Station) via Gatwick Airport. Upon arrival, we are just a short walk or taxi ride from Arundel Station.
